MATTHEW BEntrance is not clear . It’s a sand road that splits and I almost got stuck. Staff was helpful in parking and disconnecting trailer and came right out to the truck when I came back to drop it off.

William JThere was no one to help, for being my first time I wasn't sure if I did everything correct. I had to get help from online chat to make sure I completed the delivery of the truck to this location correctly.
joel gexplain that the truck's return time is based on pick up time. When I called Uhaul to extend our return by a day it was not explained by Uhaul (the 800 number) that return time was based on pick up time. When we picked up the Uhaul at 10:06 a.m. it was not told to us that our return time would be 10:02 a.m. A receipt was texted but the text said Your Receipt and was trunkated so I did not see the last line about the return time, I thought it was still noon like I had requested in the extension. This made for some confusion when I opened the text for the return address (we did a 1 way) and realized we would be late returning it. When I called the 800 number to explain that it would be between 11 and 12 I was told someone else was waiting on the truck with a pick up time of 11. We did our best to get it there for them but it could have been avoided with either the 800 number or the pick up location explaining the return time. Also, the downloaded app is not user friendly and has no way to extend a reservation because it only allows you x number of days and listening to the recording to tell you you can do it on the app while you are waiting for a customer service rep that actually can extend it is annoying as hell.
Ronda WThey were able to offer services when their competitors were not, and were very pleasant and flexible regarding my needs to rent across two days. I'm not gonna lie, the location looks quite humble, but the people were funcrionally some of the nicest to work with and the equipment worked perfectly well/was very clean.

jesus mYeah I will be contacting U-Haul representative because I was told that I could turn the U-Haul in in which I paid on Sunday. Stated that they were closed that I could just drop the key in the lock box. Now I was just charged an extra $200 and I will be going and finding out why I will not be recommending this to anybody also where I went from the gentleman seem like he didn't know what he was doing as he had to call to ask certain questions in regards to getting me signed up you should really have your people known and experienced on what they're doing before they rent out equipment

Linda SFix your computer system. Wasted a whole hour as the app would not scan the back of my drivers license. I must have ten different emails about my contract. To add insult to injury, I pre-registered all my information the day before and corporate cancelled my reservation. FIX YOUR AUTOMATION.

CAROLIN CMy comments are about the upper department I was very disappointed at the way I was talk to very disappointed at the way she made me feel like I was a criminal was very disappointed in the way she didn’t listen to me and that somebody and Corporate but as far as the rest of it the gentleman was wonderful that was in corporate it was a female I believe her name is Stephanie and I was very insulted I’ve never been treated like that and I was disappointed I keep saying that because Uhaul is one of my favorite things I’ve told people about it I’ve used it I’ve never had any problems where I rented it from was amazing and the Corporate guy was amazing but Customer Service is supposed to be number one she needs to learn Customer Service respect for people I hope this is well read is not a criticism it’s just fact hi I’m not a criminal

I had made an error on my reservation which ended up adding some money to my rental and Joana was more than helpful in figuring out what went wrong and doing everything in her power to fix it. I highly recommend booking at this location for the sheer fact of how willing they are to accommodate your needs.

Donna HMake sure the staff is trained to do rentals. The person at the counter had no idea how to work the computer or do a checkout. I was there for over 30 minutes while she tried to figure out what to do. I also trucks/ sizes are available for rent. Very frustrating.
Sue ELady was on personal phone call most of the time, did not do an equipment check, had to have a stranger after picking up help. (as well as PM for the trailer) which resulted in the passenger light being out the entire trip.
Richard KOh God.... I wish I could upload a photo of this location. Not only was this place in the middle of nowhere, the building and grounds looked like they had been abandoned for years. At 2pm on a Monday afternoon, not a soul was in the building, lights were off, and the bars over the door were padlocked. I wouldn't be surprised if a nearby methhead stole the truck and trailer I had to leave parked in front on the broken concrete and dirt. I tried calling the store number, but it said the mailbox was full after going straight to voicemail. The listing on Google had no store hours, and there were none listed on the door. Abysmal at best.
Matthew MYou switched the pickup spot to a location that was 25 miles away from the original location, which added 50 miles to my route. I was not in a position to cancel my rental so I was forced to proceed with the pickup, but the cost was twice as much as it would have been under the original reservation agreement.
