We need to have a Payments/Transaction page on the Uhaul business portal. The fact that I have only 1 out of 15 rentals invites that actually match what I was charged is a huge issue. I need to expand my logistical support, but I cannot use Uhaul if I cannot easily retrieve accurate invoices at the end of the month when I have to invoice my customers. Let me know when you guys git this fixed.
Sean MI was told the truck needed a catalytic converter that’s why the check engine light came on. It also wasted so much gas than usual. It was way more expensive than it ever has been to rebt a truck.

Paula CMy pick up and drop off locations were changed. The pick up location wasn’t aware that I was picking up at 10am, and I waited for 30+ minutes. When I picked the truck up, there was only 1/4 in the tank. Luckily the customer service was friendly.
