We need to have a Payments/Transaction page on the Uhaul business portal. The fact that I have only 1 out of 15 rentals invites that actually match what I was charged is a huge issue. I need to expand my logistical support, but I cannot use Uhaul if I cannot easily retrieve accurate invoices at the end of the month when I have to invoice my customers. Let me know when you guys git this fixed.

I was told the truck needed a catalytic converter that’s why the check engine light came on. It also wasted so much gas than usual. It was way more expensive than it ever has been to rebt a truck.

Paula CMy pick up and drop off locations were changed. The pick up location wasn’t aware that I was picking up at 10am, and I waited for 30+ minutes. When I picked the truck up, there was only 1/4 in the tank. Luckily the customer service was friendly.
SIDNEY WThe initial drop off location given by Uhaul was closed and gated with no way in. Why would you guys give me this location for drop off on a Saturday when it is closed on weekends with no way to leave the trailer outside the locked gate? Also, your text assistance feature was non-responsive and it took 6 phone calls to reach customer service support. Great equipment and easy pickup but customer service and drop off needs significant improvement.
