Really glad the remote pickup/drop off is available. Only complaint is wish it were more affordable.

They installed the trailer hitch upside down and the trailer only had approximately three inches of clearance from the ground. I explained that it didn’t look right and was told that it was correct. I drove it the way that they installed it and ended up tearing all the electrical up and the safety chains that were dragging on the ground were destroyed. With the trailer being so low every bump or uneven pavement the trailer would drag and bottom out. This caused damage to my vehicle.
