This person was very new to the process. Between him and Michael (Uhaul) they screwed up my transaction and held $419 of my money hostage from an error on their end of things. Seriously put my financial situation in jeopardy. It also cost me $35 to put a stop payment on this transaction through my bank. For a withdrawal of my funds that should not have ever occurred. To follow by your company switching pick up locations and then NOT having the truck I reserved when I arrived (on schedule/ on time) to pick it up.???!!!!!!!

Easy drop
Joy SI was missing one hand truck that I had requested. I paid as I expected and let Uhaul once I confirmed at checkout that I was charged for 2. I was refunded immediately upon letting Uhaul know online of this error. No hassle. Will use again. Location was completely close and easy to use.
