Well, U-Haul not only have you left everything up to the Customer now your business is gonna suffer because most people are not gonna want to do this or they have to do self check out. It’s way time-consuming, and it puts all the burden on the Customer.
Sandin WThis person was very new to the process. Between him and Michael (Uhaul) they screwed up my transaction and held $419 of my money hostage from an error on their end of things. Seriously put my financial situation in jeopardy. It also cost me $35 to put a stop payment on this transaction through my bank. For a withdrawal of my funds that should not have ever occurred. To follow by your company switching pick up locations and then NOT having the truck I reserved when I arrived (on schedule/ on time) to pick it up.???!!!!!!!

Joy SI was missing one hand truck that I had requested. I paid as I expected and let Uhaul once I confirmed at checkout that I was charged for 2. I was refunded immediately upon letting Uhaul know online of this error. No hassle. Will use again. Location was completely close and easy to use.
