Adriana AI scheduled to pick up my truck at I.H. 1604 W in Helotes, Texas. I scheduled and paid on line. When I arrived, I waiting over 30 minutes while two employees helped two other people, only to be told they did not have the size I ordered and that my pick up location had been changed to a location several miles out of my way from where I needed to be. The inside of the truck had some trash and debris and it had blankets and a dolly that were in my way and I had to take them out to fully use the truck. The key did not work properly in the ignition and kept getting stuck. When I requested rates, the rate for mileage on the quote page stated it was 99c per mile. When I went to the next page to pay, it stated it was 1.19c per mile. I ended up going an extra 14 miles because UHaul changed the location of my pickup and it was too late for me to change it or decline it. Very poor experience all the way around.

Leann JRental Personnel should request renters to confirm mileage on contract with actual mileage on vehicle and have customer sign off on mileage at checkout. Did not think this was a problem until I returned the vehicle after using it for 3hrs having driven no more than 40 miles but the facility said I used it for 296 miles based on the returned miles. I can document based on entering and exiting a storage unit that there is no possible way I drove 296 miles

Ralph WAlright experience. Uhaul app didn't work at all so had to use the website. Location was very unprofessional but did the job and serviced quickly.
Christin Sthe app was slow and not working it took me 45 min to get the transition done, the light were not working ( night read stop light)
Luis VThe employee did not know what he was doing, it took him 20 to 30 min to check us in and out! Also his communication skills are lacking. Last time I will rent from that location.
