I dont think they actually check the mileage on the truck. I failed to confirm if the mileage was correct or not. So, i believe i helped them recover their lost of 20 miles. There is only one person who handles reservation... Long story short.. Worst experience ever

Location needs better signage. Hard to see U-Haul sign. DIdn't see the sign until I made a U-turn. Staff very nice and helpful. Good experience overall.

People were nice, but recent rains left the interior sandy and wet. Back of the truck, inside had not been cleaned. Gas tank was only half full. This was our second pick up location. We got to the first pickup location and was informed the truck was not present due to previous rental not returning it. They knew for hours it wasn't coming back, but no one texted me or let me know. Driving around downtown Miami is very time consuming and cost me a couple of hours of loading time due to the delay.

Upon arriving it was hard to tell where the entrance for the Uhaul desk was. But after going around the building I found it. The manager was very friendly.

I arrived to the location and I was told that they didn’t have the key and were calling the person that dropped it, I waited for over two hours I had to contact customer service spoke to Sonia Cordero who called the location and when the location received a called the keys appeared and had been there the entire time. The worst experience I have ever encounter in the long term used of U- haul as a compony.

I booked reservation and NEVER requested to include insurance coverage, however, it magically appeared on my receipt and sales person did not take off although I clearly remember refusing to such coverage. I had reserved unit for pick at 1pm, arrived at location at 12:45 and representative didn’t show up until 1:20 which is unacceptable. I would like for someone to contact me in regards to this charge at my direct number 786-399-1505.

Very poor service all around. I expected to rent a moving truck from u-haul and was sent to a more than sketchy location in a rather unsafe part of the city. I was promised 6 hours for the truck but upon picking up the truck at 12, I was informed that this particular lumber store (with a little desk for u-haul) closed at 3 pm. There was no box to leave the keys so I was charged for keeping the truck and not given my 6 hours as promised. Next time I will most definitely NOT use u-haul nor will I recommend u-haul to anyone.

I would like to heavily complain for the service provided by the 1690 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142 location. I arrived 15 minutes after the agreed time, and there was NOBODY that could help me. The supposed owner of the trucks was on his way and he never got there, never answered the phone, and no one in the location had a clue or wanted to help. I left 30 minutes later, after calling customer service and urgently arranging for a second pick up location. Of course by then, the moving service I had reserved was already waiting for me for two hours!!! I think you should really review his customer service, it is the worst I've had, and I've used UHAUL at least three times in the past two months... and I had never had such a bad experience.
