Customer service agent was not polite of professional in his job. I defiantly could tell he wanted to get done with my paper work so he could go home. He did not take any time to explain any details or arrangements on when I dropped the van off , especially since the location would be closed. I have to call in to your support center and find out what to do when I dropped the rental off. I would rate this young man's service 3 out of ten and will not be renting from the location ever again.

Truck wasn’t full of gas when received . My trip was no more than 20 miles and it cost me $30.00 to fill up due to requirement

Amanda and DeAndre were excellent professionals with a very friendly demeanor and between the two of them they knew the answer to any question I had and was able to make things happen to help me in the move. I was going to rent a 15 foot truck and Amanda Recommended the 20 foot truck because she used one on her move and said it was no problem to drive. Plus, they were able to move more stuff faster. I found both of those attributes to be true and I thank her very much for that suggestion. Guthrie’s keeps their equipment and their offices extremely neat and clean and it was a very welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone even ifthe renter has to drive a little further to their place to rent their truck from Guthrie’s. In our world of people that don’t care much about anyone anymore the owner and the employees completely understand the customer experience and I felt proud to be a client.

I dropped off at this location but no one was there on a Saturday afternoon. There was a sign saying to leave it at another location which we couldn't find. So we left it at the location uhaul said and put keys in Dropbox by door

Truck was clean, but not well maintained. The passenger door didn’t shut properly, steering was loose and required constant large moves to keep the truck straight, and the brakes were not serviced correctly.

Because they are a franchisee, they are not obligated to perform or assist a customer with some of the extra services that a customer may have purchased online. For example: safely hooking up a tow trailer. Customer should be informed ahead of time.

The staff member who assisted us on Saturday morning when we needed an appliance dolly that was unavailable at the pickup location was very accommodating, pleasant, and helpful.100 percent recommend.

The person that took care of everything for me at the location was named Madison. She did a very professional job and took care of everything quickly. I was very impressed with her performance. In addition, the van was very comfortable, responsive, and easy to ride in.

Whenever I was returning it I was asked if i wanted to take optional photos to ensure cleanliness. I started to take photos and the page said "error" and it kicked me off the whole process. I was unable to be sure I completed the return and see the rest of the pages such as the one where I assume I'd be told to drop the key in for example. I logged in and didn't see any active reservations, but I found it under past reservations as "completed." I hope this error can be fixed for future users.

The best part was that I was in and out with the truck in 15 minutes. The truck was clean and well-maintained. We moved our stuff, refilled the gas and returned the truck without any delay. It was well worth the money.

They put in that i returned the truck 2 days late even though i returned it the same day of rental. There is apparently 3 different Gutherie locations but we specified Old Railroad Bed location.

We dropped our truck off a day early and the woman inside just told us to drop our key and that was it, didn't even check the truck or that we returned our rented dolly (which we did, and brought inside because the back of the truck isn't locked when you leave it).

Your diy system and app in general are garbage. It's an absolute pain in the ass trying to use an app that is so bad. I ended up having to cancel my reservation and go to an in store pickup. The level of trash your software reaches really can't be understated.

The U-haul application hung up on me during the before hour pickup process and I had to call support to get help. This delayed by pickup by at least 30 minutes. Otherwise it nice to have a convenient location near the destination and the truck worked well and was appropriate for our move.

I had reserved 24 blankets. Upon arrival to get the equipment, I am told that they gave another customer 12 of my blankets instead of telling that customer they were already reserved. The links sent to me via text to confirm equipment pickup and drop-off did not work...got webpage not available error messages. The BIG issue...the AC did NOT work in the truck and it was triple digit heat, even before the heat index. This wasn't a 10 mile move down the street; this was 400+ miles with no AC. When I called, there was no concern at all for us, the customer who could have heat stroke while driving, just "okay, we'll fix it when it returns". Oh, and too make it worse, it was blowing hot air by the driver's feet and actually left red marks on his ankles because it was so hot. Seemed to have transmission issues too, struggling getting into gear. This thing had over 137k miles on it and needs to go to the scrap yard! Take your business elsewhere where they care about customer safety and properly check the equipment before putting you on the road.

Great location and staff. the only thing I struggled with was trying to pay online. Two issues: 1) finding where to pay online is not obvious on the web site, 2) My account never worked and was told I had to contact the U-Haul technical folks.

My furniture was stored there for 2 years, and when I moved out my furniture looked like it did the day I moved it in, The climate controlled units are excellent. My furniture was not dry rotten, there were no spider webs on anything, I was pleased with having my furniture stored there. I would definitely recommend and use there facility again.
