Everything was fine. The truck hadn't been swept out by previous renter but my broom took care of that, The employees were super nice and helpful when I needed help with the picture taking process.

The only issue I experienced was the delay for me to receive the link to start the vehicle inspection. I did not see it in my email inbox until after I had already left the property.
Paul HThe location was much better than my last experience with a U-Haul vendor location. The facility was clean, well maintained and orderly. The equipment was ready and there was staff on location to help with the check in and with installing the equipment. The staff were very helpful. This was important as this was our first stop at the end of a 600 mile drive to pick up our child from college. We were getting the equipment to tow our child's car back home.
