They did not have the furniture dolly I reserved, so we had to rent an appliance dolly. It was not as useful as the dolly we reserved. It would be helpful if the equipment reserved was actually at the pick-up location. The text requiring photos before leaving the lot almost came too late or I didn't see it. If steps are required of the customer, they should not be communicated at the last minute.
