I have worked with this location in the past. Always helpful. They take the condition of the equipment seriously. The trailer I dropped off there needed multiple repairs. Had I not needed the trailer so bad ( I was almost 9 hours from home) I probably would have noticed the junk tire and taken the other trailer.

this location was great.
the experience with U haul was not.
i was told the day before that my designated pickup location. 10 minutes from my house was not happening and i had to now drive 2 hrs to pick up the trailer. Knowing this 2 days earlier i could have picked it up on the way. this was a huge inconvenience since i was ion a time window. i did get a $80 credits. but this put me behind and extra day and cost me another day of vacation.

Was hard to find. U-Haul needs to work with the drop off spots. Google gave wrong directions. The person that checked it back in was very helpful.
