We were made by Uhaul to leave the hotel we were put into due to our first truck breaking down twice in 50 miles from our original starting point, and drive ourselves 20 minutes to pick up the new rental truck that had almost 100,000 miles on it compared to the first truck with only 25,000 miles. This truck had no phone bluetooth features, horrible shaky mirrors, and a crooked steering wheel. Uhaul sucks.

Brian CThe one thing that had a problem with is when I got the moving truck the gas gage was just below a 1/2 of tank when I bought it back I put gas back into the tank and it was about right were it was when I picked it up. They told me that it wasn’t the same amount of gas and they billed me $18.75 more. I think the gas tank should always be on full when you pick it up so when you go and put gas back in you can fill it up and bring it.back.on full.

DANIEL GActually inspect the vehicle after use. The seal on the dolly was broken. Be up front with the extra charges. I cleaned out the back and still had to pay a cleaning fee.
