I was very disappointed with Uhaul. My issue was not with this location though, it was with 1460 Ann Street. I set it up my reservation so I could check it out via my phone. When I got to my location it did not allow me to check the van out because it said it wasn't ready to go or available, which the van was sitting on the lot. So I had to proceed to call and get this straightened out, which cost me time and the whole reason for doing the reservation on the phone was ease and speed, which is was not

KEVIN MI was told I could drop at any location then I was charged an additional $30!!! The trailer lights didn’t work, after the owner hair studio said she check them! The LIE she told not only endangered me and my family it set us back an entire day!

Lakesha HTruck was dirty. Only had 3/4 tank of gas. I reserved a 20 ft, but they only had a 26 ft available. Also, I asked about military discount numerous times in the process and even when I picked up the truck, but her response was “I don’t think so.”
David KI give this location a 10/10 for their services. At first, I was confused when I approached the business to pick up the U-Haul, but once I went inside and spoke to the owner, I knew I was in the right place. The owner is very professional and she was even nice regarding letting me keep the U-Haul a few more days due to the weather. I have already been telling locals located in Montgomery about this business so, if you're ever in Montgomery, AL, and you need a U-Haul please stop by or contact this business regarding renting a U-Haul.

Clyde JThe location was OK at best. Far away from my planned drop off which was much closer to my location. Overall the whole experience from changed truck size and changed pick up and drop off locations was poor. I did not have a positive experience at all.

Natasha RThe uhaul, I received had alot of roaches. I picked up the rental at 6 pm and when I opened it first thing in morning i noticed all the roaches and then tried killing as many as I could. I was limited on time so after killing what i saw I had to pack and drive 450 miles. Upon unloading my stuff there were still roaches and it was in my items. I was not happy as I had then to try to isolate all my items to ensure these roaches were not in my new home.

The woman who notified us was not from the location but she arranged another truck got us. The lady at the location on Highlsnd Avenue was very good and we were so appreciative of her help, but overall very disappointed about our initial contact with uhaul.
peggy fGive the customer what they asked for. They were not open at pick up time. I had to go to another U-Haul for them to make contact with them. I had to hook up my own equipment. They gave my insurance without asking. I never get insurance. They were still closed when I returned 3 hours later

LOIS RWhen did Uhaul become a side hustle to other business? When you are in an unfamiliar place pulling a trailer through city streets there should at least be a UHaul sign.
Justin PBetter maintenance on "pods"; had two dry-rotted tires that required road service on the trip, both fenders fell off (one disintegrated when the tread came off the tire), and had to purchase 3 tie-downs to hold the U-Haul wrap on the pod.

brock SFirst, I reserved the truck for Sunday, April 24, 2022 and the location was not open, nor was I told that I had a share ride because I did the reservation online. After finally getting the truck picked it it was dirty. Lastly I needed to extend my rental, so I called and I was told that a scheduler had to make the changes. I was placed on hold for over 45 mins and no one never answered.
