Customer service agent was EXTREMELY nice. She tried to rectify the following issues. Problems: cab was filthy and covered in ants! No spare truck. We had to wear garbage bags on our legs to keep from getting bit. Took both of us over an hour to get it somewhat clean from mud and to remove sticky residue with disinfectant. Bought ant killer and sprayed out cab. Had to sit on blankets to stay away from residual ants and mud. Truck had 1/8th tank of gas. Had to find gas quickly. Customer service agent felt bad and provided fuel and cleanliness credits. Car carrier jack was EXTREMELY hard to turn handle. Rear safety chain missing. No spare chain or car carrier available. Had to improvise on my own. Ants came back with a vengeance! Got all biten up during return, especially all over the driver's side. TOTALLY AN UNSATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.John C.

Fix your app. Twice I had my order up and it randomly went away and closed out. When I returned the truck, I clicked the instructions for where to return the keys and the order closed out without prompt leaving me to guess where to put the key. I used the same box and code given to me at pick up. If I was at a new location I would have been out of luck. Also, your phones and chat are horrible. 20 mins to talk to someone and when you do they just want to transfer you. When I tried chat, waited about 15-20 mins after I posed my question and I got kicked off for inactivate.Kyle K.

i rented on Sunday and asked to pick up at a place that was open on sunday. my pickup got moved twice to places that were not open on Sunday. The lady at hair one came in in 25 minutes when i called her. When it changed locations it gave me a link that did not work to reply to the change and i was on hold for 25 minutes to th 800 numberTimothy W.

There was ABSOLUTELY NO BRAKE FLUID IN THE TRAILER MASTER CYLINDER. As in, your finger would not get wet if you stuck it down in there. The master cylinder and wheel cylinders looked new, as did many of the rubber hoses in the brake system. I figure someone replaced all or most of the components and just sort of forgot to put fluid in it. I filled it and bled it using my vacuum brake bleeder. I should not have had to do that, but I did not have time to return it and get another one.Neil S.

This is the second time I have dropped off at this location and neither times has someone been there. Called the number finally got a Person on the phone that said to bring it to another location. This is of course was on my lunch hour and I had to get back. Finally they said I could do a checkin by phone after I told the person repeatedly I can't drop off a trailer in the drop box. I.e. there are no keys. The parking lot is on a hill and it kept rolling down. Finally had to find broken up concrete to put under the tires. None of this would have been an issue had someone been there. I was late to work as well because a 10 minute ordeal turned into eternity.DANIELLE C.
