Tim M.We were at the location to pick up the truck when we revived a phone call saying the truck was not available . The woman who notified us was not from the location but she arranged another truck got us. The lady at the location on Highlsnd Avenue was very good and we were so appreciative of her help, but overall very disappointed about our initial contact with uhaul.
peggy F.Give the customer what they asked for. They were not open at pick up time. I had to go to another U-Haul for them to make contact with them. I had to hook up my own equipment. They gave my insurance without asking. I never get insurance. They were still closed when I returned 3 hours later
