Lady at location didn't know how to check in my return. Dropped trailer as it was 45 minutes back to our home if I wanted to return latter. Got return receipt about 2 hours latter

JEFFREY SThe employee don’t know how to process my reservation. The building didn’t have functional plumbing as toilet paper was to be thrown in a large trash can. The trailer tires were low 30+ PSI. An additional insurance was added during checkin and I was not made aware.

BILLY OThis place was a joke . We called the number to verify they did after hours drop off & the guy yelled at us and told us wrong number and 100% same guy that we turned the truck into he was rude and short with us . The location was dirty and gross would not recommend

DELMONICA KThe driver and middle seat were covered in sticky residue, likely from a spilled drink. The attendant provided me paper towels and winded for me to clean up the mess.
JEFFREY BThis location is a very small operation out of a small gas station / convenience store. The attendant was repeatedly interrupted by paying customers during our checkout process. He was great and a very pleasant young man but U-Haul rental is not their priority.
PETER BSpent 1.5 hours picking up trailer. System was “locked”. Untrained personnel with language barrier. Field Rep was contacted but also could not help. Ended up canceling reservation and making but cost was 20% higher than original reservation.
