Air conditioner wasn't working and when I called to tell them I couldn't return the truck to specific location we selected due to the proximity of our destination we were told to go to any uhaul and drop vehicle off. Then we were charged for going over mileage even though we left more gas than needed. We even return truck same day!
ATANASIO DThe ramp was damaged on the corner end so it did not sit flush to the ground. We had a difficult time using the remote system and the chat person couldn’t help. We talked to someone and they were helpful, but it took us a solid 45 minutes to pick up the truck. The moving blankets and hand truck and furniture Dollie’s I ordered were not on the truck and I had to pay the movers more because it took longer than I hired them for and they had to carry everything. My entire U-Haul experience was awful as my reservation that I made a month in advance was moved to over an hour away from my home the day before 2x. Horrible U-Haul experience.

STANLEY BI left my emergency brake on and got a quarter mile down the road and my left rear tire had completely shredded because dragged along the road in one position had to change the tire myself along side of US one as cars was by was not fun I think maybe the renter should have gone through a little checklist with me and found that so anyway another quarter mile down the road Another motorist was screaming something that I didn’t understand them so I pulled off and discovered the ramps on my dolly were not put back into the correct position again I think the renter should have seen that anyway my whole experience started off very poorly, and I was very upset. The rest of the trip went fine though.

John CThis location always works good for me when in the area. Wanted to let you know that on this day when I opened the box door of the truck there were bugs running everywhere. I attempted to sweep them out. Upon return I did notify the dealer about this issue. A visit from an exterminator is in order. Thank you. PS: is there any way that my online account can save my drivers license photo? I have to upload the front and back every single rental when making my online reservations for check in. Thanks.

Anne HThe attendant was professional and courteous -- much more than I can say for the vendor at the Lucas Fuel location on 27th who was rude, did not tell me I needed to call the 800 number to change my pickup time when I called the day before. Told me he would make a note, not a problem and took my name. Then when I showed up 5 minutes before the new pick-up time my reservation was cancelled. When I questioned him - he hung up on me. I got the reservation reinstated then he refused to give me the truck. Michelle at the 800 number was GREAT -- sent me to Halls Automotive and all was well!
Theresa WUpon arrival as indicated by the owner he directed me to park the Cabin. He was responsive, helped me unhook the cabin as well as the hitch. He quickly processed my drop off paperwork. I did not have to wait to complete admin process.

jim bcustomer service at the pickup location was on point. trailer was fine. towing my vehicle and i got pulled over for the plate on the trailer being completely unreadable. called roadside assistance because theres no option for customer service on the phone because the officer wanted to talk to a uhaul rep and the lady on the phone was completely useless. instead of transferring the call to someone that could help she just kept telling myself and the officer “haha sorry thats not really my department i’m just roadside”
