Joseph BThis is not the location that I picked out when reserving a U-haul. This is 20 minutes away from my original chosen spot. Not only does it add mileage on to the total trip that we desperately needed, it was inconvenient. Why do you have people choose a location in advance only to change it on them?

Erik SWhen you receive an email saying your truck & equipment are guaranteed and you show up to no equipment and a different truck, I would advise notifying the person in advance
Brian JWasted time at facility getting scan of drivers license,and other preparations Had to fuel up immediately upon leaving facility and guess how much fuel I would use due to no gas in vehicle. I would rather pick it up full and fill it up at the end!

Jimmy OThe guy that worked at the self storage place wasn’t very helpful. He seemed confused about the process and wasn’t making a bunch of sense when speaking. He kept talking about my rate being lowered by a couple hundred dollars but still coming out to the original price. Just a weird experience.

Tom NThe service was good, and the truck worked fine. It was not swept out before I received it. I swept it out - got a dustpan full. So, please sweep out the truck - or make the previous user do it - before handing it off.
