Assure the equipment is clean. The cab was so filthy I had to use a leaf blower to expel the petrified junk food, wrappers and dirt. That was followed by a thorough vacuuming and wipe down to remove grime and thick pools of dried soda spills.

one light did not work...was.told it's ok...its daytime..it was in a field with grass grown up.around it...when I returned it 6 hours later no one even attempted to help me unload it I had to push it back into it's spot...no interaction or acknowledgement. If I didn't need it on such short notice I would not have even dealt with them....very sketchy.

Ensure that the vehicle is clean. There were French fries in the cup holders, potato chips on the floor between the seats and the back appeared to have dried mud on the floor and was not swept out.
