Improve the receiving services by adding more employees. There was only one employee working at the front desk taking care of new customers while people returning equipment were waiting outside for him to return the equipment.

take the customer out to the vehicle and show where it is, and how to adjuct the mirrors , and basic vehicle functions... most people renting a truck likely havent driven one so a bit of basic info might be nice
