I informed the receptionist that I would only need the truck until 11 July but she kept my reservation until 13 July. Charged me the full amount until 13 July. Since it was a one way there was no way for me to receive a refund for the two days I didn’t use the truck. She also told me the truck was on 1/4 tank but it was on 1/8 tank. I voiced this but she didn’t make any changes in the system. She didn’t adjust either because she was on the phone with someone then answering text messages about her friend being in an accident. She did not pay attention to the customer and now it costed me more money than needed. I’m thankful this was one way. I’ll never have to deal with them again. There was also several items in the cab of the truck including a foldable knife, a windshield U-Haul sign, and candy wrappers. I made sure that was cleaned out before turning it in so I didn’t get charged.

Frank BAssure the equipment is clean. The cab was so filthy I had to use a leaf blower to expel the petrified junk food, wrappers and dirt. That was followed by a thorough vacuuming and wipe down to remove grime and thick pools of dried soda spills.

Sheldon Cone light did not work...was.told it's ok...its daytime..it was in a field with grass grown up.around it...when I returned it 6 hours later no one even attempted to help me unload it I had to push it back into it's spot...no interaction or acknowledgement. If I didn't need it on such short notice I would not have even dealt with them....very sketchy.

DAVID DEnsure that the vehicle is clean. There were French fries in the cup holders, potato chips on the floor between the seats and the back appeared to have dried mud on the floor and was not swept out.
