It was Saturday morning at 9, I was told the location would be open, it was not. When the app wouldn't work for pick-up, I called H&H Auto and they couldn't help me. Had to call U-Haul. Overall it took a while to get into the Uhaul in a location I wasn't familiar with.
Shanna KalickiLobby was not exactly easy to navigate. Could not find attendant upon arrival.

BRENT BELLIt was the process of renting the truck, not the location. Was there over an hour trying to get score to get the truck after I went into the Edmond last cation in person to schedule the rental.

Michelle HayCommunication was poor, apparently only one person on the site could rent the equipment and she was gone when we arrived to pick up our rental, even though we called ahead. When I called to get details on drop off and deposit return, she was rude and not helpful, telling us to call the 800 number instead.

SONJA FRYI had a truck reserved at another location, called day before picking up and they weren’t going to have truck reserved available. Another agent called and wanted me to pick one up over 40 miles away. I said no way and she found one at location I picked up truck. Help there was great but everything was confusing because Information kept going to original place where vehicle was reserved. Agent said U-Haul truck was for local use only. Not her fault I ended up with truck but my help was already scheduled and at location . Truck was hard to control due front axle problem. It was a tense drive through out the move. Fan noise for AC was so loud I shut off and rolled window down. Then all I had to do was listen to a loud noise when I stepped on brakes. All in all not a pleasant experience.

STEVE BRANSTETTERBe honest! After I was told I would have unlimited mileage, it was explained to me that I was only to have made 1 trip instead of the 2 trips moving because I had more stuff. I ended up being charged $106.08 more dollars than the original $119.70 i was quoted! My total bill was $225.78.
