I put in more gas than the level when I took the vehicle. The dealer charged me for EZ fuel of $13.70 after I returned the vehicle. I called and sent a text message to the dealer about this and he never bothered to reply. I even left a message to his wife. I have evidence to show when I took a picture of the mileage and fuel level when I left the vehicle. My contract was for 24 hours and I returned the vehicle after about 15 hours. This dealer cannot be trusted as they will hood wink you with charges when you're not looking around. This is a disgrace to the U-Haul reputation of trust and customer service. Was told my dolly / furniture dolly was not there and then sent to another location to get it. The whole point was to be closer and was sent tp an actual U-haul location, Incould have rented in the u-haul office in the first place. Also they took like 20mins to process a refund when returning the equipment. It was overall disappointing. I am recommending going eith discount or renting elsewhere to my friends moving soon.Jose S.
1. U-Haul retailers must follow local laws and wear masks at all times in indoor spaces during COVID-19. This was not followed at this location. 2. The equipment was clean and well-maintained except for an issue with the key in the ignition (would often get stuck) that the retailer informed us of before we took the truck. It ended up being a substantial issue throughout our week-long move. It is unacceptable to rent a truck if you're aware of an issue like that.Emma A.

Drop off location was fine, went to return unused boxes and lock at Uhaul depot (355 weston road, Toronto on.) As the drop off location said they couldn't take back unused boxes or lock. Depot wouldn't take back lock as it had been opened. I find it absolutely ridiculous I was sold something that doesn't work and you won't take it back because we opened it to figure that out. The cheaper lock I had picked up at the location I bought it at would have probably worked too because the opening was bigger but the guy convinced me to go for the more expensive one that didn't fit. To return the boxes and find out you wouldn't take back the lock we were waiting in line for well over half an hour. I probably would have given the whole uhaul experience a 4 or 5 star rating but the fact I was upsold this lock that didn't work and then you wouldn't allow to be returned is infuriating.CURTISPATRICK R.

I would want you to make a refund of the over charge fee of $10.66 you made on my credit card asap, My total fee charge showing on the receipt I was issued is $97.7 tax inclusive but you charge my credit card $108.36 I would believe this is a mistake on the ground you rectify this and make me a refund otherwise I will consider it a fraudulent attempt Thank youO Michael A.

Friendly folks here. Nice service. Not at all the fault of the location itself, but UHaul, you have to get your act together. Don't switch pick up locations to be much further away with less than 24 hours notice. Don't let people rent dollies, but not have a single one available at any locations. Even at a corporate location there were no dollies available to rent. What an exhausting moving experience. We certainly won't rent with uhaul again.Megan R.

Vehicles should be required to be full when rented. To have to â€œapproximateâ€ the amount of gas is not practical. I ended up spending more for gas I didn't need.Jay L.
