ERIKA S | First ImpressionsThe unit we rented still had previous renters contents in it that had to be removed. The latch did not work to secure the unit so we had to chain the lift handle to the bottom floor latch. Still waiting for latch to be repaired for security. The movers recommended by the front office showed up an hour late, short one man and tried to raise their fee, plus were not professional movers the way they handled our contents. We are settled in now but would not recommend U-HAUL to others.

Douglas T | Overall ExperienceThe guys working the front counter were fantastic and helpful.. however,upon returning the truck the guy who's job it is to go over everything/truck was rude...was saying how people cannot read the signage when having to park the truck and how lucky I was that he was in a good mood?.. Again the front counter staff were exceptional and very nice ..also renting the storage unit was a good experience,she was very kind and helpful.
