The yard needs to be sweep . The gravel from winter is still on the ground . Plus with people moving in and out you always find nails, screws and broken glass on the roadways. Other then that it is a good place.

Robert T | Overall ExperienceUnderstaffed at check in, a lot of skips stepped. No into tour or orientation. Had there been, we all would have seen the door on e010 was damaged and difficult to operate and secure. Area around unit littered with broken locks and garbage / contents from other units strewn about, did not inspire confidence in the security and safety of my belongings. Moved out and provided notice of same on 19-June, but move out not acknowledged or processed for two weeks. Facility could have better / more staffing which leading to more prompt service, improved maintenance and cleanliness of the facility. Calls and emails to this location were unanswered. Had to contact corporate to process move-out, who were helpful.

ERIKA S | First ImpressionsThe unit we rented still had previous renters contents in it that had to be removed. The latch did not work to secure the unit so we had to chain the lift handle to the bottom floor latch. Still waiting for latch to be repaired for security. The movers recommended by the front office showed up an hour late, short one man and tried to raise their fee, plus were not professional movers the way they handled our contents. We are settled in now but would not recommend U-HAUL to others.
