I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends. I would just be giving them the headache i delt with. They changes my whole reservation. Then didnt even bother to tell me about it. I had to call customer service for help. Poor customer on the person who was at the office at the ime of pick up in battle mtn.

DARREL GIf you're gonna let people rent in this small through the Internet, make sure what you offer is available and if it isn't make sure they know before the day of. And be able to offer something comparable. Also when a customer rents and drops off the equipment, that it actually gets put in the computer as soon as it's returned. It's been 4 days since I returned and still not showing I did and no refund from the amount they held on my checking account. This is un-acceptable..
Tara AThe first trailer had a problem with the lights, they switched trailers to one w functioning lights, but the dealer didn't switch numbers in the system. When the trailer was returned, it wasn't added back into the system correctly because of the 1st dealers oversight. Then uhaul took $714 out of my checking account, claiming it wasn't returned properly. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIEVERY

This Uhaul location doesn’t open Until 10am which was inconvenient especially when trying to load and drive in the daylight hours. 7AM open time in this type of business is more the norm. Overall disappointing experience at this location

RICHARD AWe were told to drop the truck off at a U-Haul location on Garden Hyw in Yuba City that does not exist! Wasted 2 hours trying to return the truck. Finally took it the the Colusa Hyw U-Haul.

Eric GOriginal trailer I reserved had a worn out tire (no tread and metal cords showing. Customer service representative went above and beyond to remedy the situation, in spite of company policy that did not allow the faulty tire be replaced.

RALPH A1 - Maintain trailers better - I had to fix a taillight that fell out of it's socket. It has been taped in place. 2 - Longer light wiring on some trailers. The nice people supplied an extension, but it should be permanently attached. 3 - Your "waiver", as explained to me, means that; if a tire/wheel comes off your trailer and caused an accident, then, I am responsible. Get real ! Maintain YOUR equipment, and a "waiver" won't be necessary. Because of this, You have lost ANOTHER (very vocal) customer ! ! !

Scott SI had a reservation to pick up truck in Winnemucca Nevada. Thank goodness I checked in early and was told their contract was not renewed so I could not rent. No one bothered to contact me to alert me to this. This failure to communicate on the part of U-haul created quite the crisis for me. The dealer in Battle Mountain saved the day by arranging for me to pick up there over an hour away. Because of the emergency they were able to quickly secure a truck which explains why it was not cleaned and they were not aware that the truck pulled to the right and the left tail light was out on the trailer. I was stopped by an officer in Oregon. Thank goodness he was friendly and professional and i did not get a ticket. While U-haul did give me a discount for the extra time and trouble I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication on the front end about not being able to pick up the equipment in Winnemucca that i had a reservation for.
