It was a horrible experience. They overcharged me. I used far less than a quarter tank of gas and they charged me $77 for a half tank. The staff is disorganized and wants you to do all their work on the app or link which they admit they don’t understand. U-Haul rep was supposed to call me at 2 pm today and did not. There was no ac. I want a full refund

Truck was not very clean , nor the inside cab or loading area or ramp , did have an issue with lights but mangers had the problem fixed at a different location close by.
