I had ordered a dolly and blankets with my U-Haul, which they did not have. The keys were not in the lock box that the woman told us to retrieve them from. the clerk was slow and was not helpful when I mentioned that having to go pick up a dolly and moving blankets at another location was adding into our rental time. I was contacted by NAthan on the phone asking me to change my pick up location from a U-Haul business to this RV dealership. I thought I was being helpful when I agreed to it. It basically just caused me more work in having to retrieve the dolly and blankets from the original place that I rented. Also, then I had to drop those things off before returning the rental truck coincidentally the extra time that all these things added, meant that had we stuck to my original timeline, we would’ve been done before it started raining, but as it was, I finished unloading the U-Haul in a downpour.

Disorganized, truck had standing water in it, check in/check out process on app is unintuitive and ineffective causing me to be overcharged with penalties.
Christopher SWebsite was not functioning and took me more than an hour to get the vehicle. Did not tell clear instructions to collect the keys for mobile pickup. The keys were inside the office and the personnel did not come to hand them.
BALA Gwas closed on Saturday and all Holiday weekend. I had to download app and take 30 minutes to check my truck in to avoid a $25 charge. Did not ask to drop off here and will not do so again.
DAVID SIt was a horrible experience. They overcharged me. I used far less than a quarter tank of gas and they charged me $77 for a half tank. The staff is disorganized and wants you to do all their work on the app or link which they admit they don’t understand. U-Haul rep was supposed to call me at 2 pm today and did not. There was no ac. I want a full refund
