The trailer was filthy and the people working there were rude. They also had no clue what they were doing. When dropping off I was asked to unhook the trailer myself. They hooked it onto my truck I wasn't unhooking it. I had a VIP certificate that they “couldn't useâ€. Now waiting for a supervisor to call me because I only rented knowing I had the $20 off.

Michael P.Twice put our car on the dolly incorrectly and eventually had to be fixed in Amarillo, Texas. This resulted in total delays of approximately 1/2 day. Then, just before getting into Memphis, the right front wheel almost caught on fire probably due to loss of a wheel bearing. This resulted in the wheel and brake severely overheating and causing the wheel to come off and ride on the spindle. We sat on the 180 degree off ramp mainly used by semi truck and trailers going by us within a few feet. We were on that off ramp from approximately 11:30 pm to 4 am. This resulted in staying in Memphis overnight (or rather for a few hours) and then my having to pick up a new truck and take it over to a facility that repairs Uhaul equipment. Movers were hired by Uhaul and transferred all of my stuff from the original truck to the new one but it was almost 3 pm in the afternoon by then and I only had enough energy to get to Birmingham, Alabama and having to spend another night. All of these problems resulted in delays of approximately two days plus all the trauma from spending 4 hours on a dangerous off ramp. Improvements that need to be made include properly training your people how to put a car on a towing dolly and making sure equipment is properly maintained. We came very close to having the entire truck catch on fire.

ANA D.They walk you through an inspection that doesn't include the cargo area. When I added comments about the condition the employee told me I didn't need to do that (that's the point). Once I got home we opened the cargo area to a disgusting mess. We had to clean it with bleach and a scraper. They also gave me the truck on empty and said just bring it back like that, that's impossible. They said they would credit me for the extra gas when I got back but they were closed. UHaul won't help me because they said I need to get a refund form them (they were closed how do I do that). Also the truck would stall out if I had the air conditioner on and the brakes were terrible with the ABS light coming on as I braked on any down grade. I returned it early for safety reasons BUT NO ONE WAS THERE!!!!

Todd J.Cannot suggest any improvements. Van was ready for pickup, in good condition, and ran / handled perfectly. I use this location at least 7 times a year in connection with our non-profit rescue operations. I have always found the operators to be efficient and friendly, and the equipment is always ready as reserved.
