Lock Box difficult to open; tumblers were very stuff when trying to turn combo. My rating on the location was based in part on the fact that it is very DARK at night, very difficult to see. I had to use a flashlight to even find the truck number, and then inspect the truck. NOT a good place for an after dark check out. The wait (online) for "approval" was almost ten minutes. This felt exceptionally long, given it had already taken about 8 minutes to do all the checks, photos, inspection, etc. Then having to just sit and wait for an agent to give attention to the fact that I was just sitting in a very dark parking lot at night, waiting to be approved. (I realize this was not the location's issue but UHaul's online checkout issue, but both combined for a less than great experience.) I also had ordered a two-wheel dolly that I really needed, and there was none in the truck. I had to go BUY a new dolly for my one day of use. I was VERY disappointed about that.David B.
I said yes to recommending the location as I recognize they are just starting up. But, they appear to be going through a lot of start-up issues. Somethings are done at Happy Trails and some things across the street where most of the equipment is staged. Employees are being trained and procedures are not fully understood. The vehicle I rentent (pickup truck) was new so it was in good condition. However, the outside of the driver door was covered in some sort of sticky substance that they could not get off completely upon picking up the vehicle.KIM LESLIE B.
The online scheduling is horrible. Getting a human on the phone is overly time consuming. Uhaul has become u will hate using this companyMark O.

I had a confirmed pick-up time of 9:30. The location didn't open until 10:00 so time wasted. When the location staff arrived, they were very rude and one of the first comments she made to me was "I hate Uhaul." All I had said was that we had been waiting as our pick up time had been confirmed at 9:30. The location was dirty and smelly. There were 6 or 8 cats roaming around inside and multiple food and water bowls out for them. All in all a very unpleasant and unprofessional situation.Jill M.
I have used U-Haul for all my Moving needs for 30 yrs. The Lincoln City new location is fantastic. I give it a five star rating across the board.Chuck H.
