While the truck was clean, the gas tank was sitting between 1/4 and 1/2 a tank. I was then told I was to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas in it. That would be much easier to do if the truck was sitting on full instead of trying to guess how much gas makes somewhere between a quarter and a half a tank. The truck also leaked and our mattress and box springs got wet and is still drying out.

Gavin YI would not recommend only because they did not have my appliance dolly or the furniture pads that I had reserved with my truck reservation. I had to search in a completely different town to rent the dolly and never got any pads.

I was also wrong about some charges and called and spoke with a manager on phone who was also wonderful!!! He broke down all charges and explained if i had any further questions i could call back!! Good job!! Thank you guys so much for making a difficult situation a lil easier!!

Stacie RBeing that I set up the rental via the uhaul app, everything was easy. Except...I would have preferred a different drop off location. I dropped at Rosati's Market in Prescott, MI. I would have preferred to drop off at Rogers Market in Hale MI. The ability to choose drop off locations was not enabled on the app so I could not change it. But the rental prices and equipment were great!

tarry dEquipment was clean. Everything was maintained except one strap was frayed away and there was only a couple inches left of holding power to hold down a vehicle. This was noticed at pickup.

Shane MWe were originally scheduled for a pickup at the Cave City location, but they were closed, so the people at Glasgow were able to help and had all of the supplies available. The pick up process was smooth as well as the drop off process. Will consider again if we need to rent in the future.
spencer sIt was 2 high for 30 mins. They charge me for gas for 27.50 to take it down the road for 12 miles.. I had it back by 615pm and they marked it down that I brought it back at 647pm. The only reason I drove it bc I was hauling 2 mattress and it started pouring down rain and I needed it.

CHRISTOPHER CI've rented from Uhaul many times throughout many years, this was the first time I rented a car tow dolly that I had to hook up to my truck myself. I have no problem hooking up a tow dolly, lots of experience doing so. I thought hooking up the dolly was Uhaul's responsibility. There was no way to verify that my brake lights worked on the dolly because I was alone out there, the store clerk told me I had to hook up the dolly, and that it wasn't his responsibility. Personally. I don't think the clerk knew how to hook up the dolly. The potential exists here for a catastrophic failure because some renter with no experience hooking up a dolly hooks it up wrong, the car being towed separates from the towing vehicle and goes into traffic because the renter didn't hook up the security cables/chains. This is an accident just waiting to happen.
FRANZ VI will do business with them again when I need a u-haul!
