I would not recommend only because they did not have my appliance dolly or the furniture pads that I had reserved with my truck reservation. I had to search in a completely different town to rent the dolly and never got any pads.

The gentleman that processed the transaction was certainly friendly and nice!! No hassle! I was also wrong about some charges and called and spoke with a manager on phone who was also wonderful!!! He broke down all charges and explained if i had any further questions i could call back!! Good job!! Thank you guys so much for making a difficult situation a lil easier!!

Michael CThey said I dropped it off an hour late on 6/30/2026 but in my email I had the reservation until July 1, 2026 & I showed it to them so I’m not sure why it would be different on both sides.
Stacie RBeing that I set up the rental via the uhaul app, everything was easy. Except...I would have preferred a different drop off location. I dropped at Rosati's Market in Prescott, MI. I would have preferred to drop off at Rogers Market in Hale MI. The ability to choose drop off locations was not enabled on the app so I could not change it. But the rental prices and equipment were great!
