I was told when I picked up the trailer that the UHaul Company tech had just been there to service the equipment and that everything should be great. When he pulled the trailer up for me the strap on the passenger side was beyond unservicable. Apparently the UHaul CO tech knew it because his wrench was still on the inside nut. The young man where I picked up the trailer could not have been more professional and quickly replaced the strap. He also lubed the ratchets for me so I could tighten them, they were so rusty and clearly neglected by the UHaul CO tech. The local guy made this a great experience overall but you guys have some QA checks to do on your technicians. Disappointed with UHaul but extremely happy with Billy (I think that's his name). You guys owe him a gift card or something for representing UHaul very well.

It's a small building. If there wasn't other uhaul's in front, I would not have known it was a uhaul buisness.

It was not the closet location for me which in turn cost me more money and was on the back roads of a city I am not familiar with! Driving a large vehicle you should not have to travel farther than needed and on residential streets. The closet location was a mile away!

The location was just fine but uhaul itself was not. The truck I reserved was not there and there were no truck available. Closest one was about 30 miles away, would not be given any break on mileage only small discount on rental fee. That was no help as miles are almost a dollar a mile. NO help at all from the company!! I ended up renting a 10 foot truck no ramp and only had 4 hours to move!!!! No good uhaul customer service was horrible!!!

I was not able to pick my rental up at 5:00 am as initially requested due to a system error with the 24/7 truckshare program. The system stated that I was not in the correct GPS location even though I tried it with three different phones and was standing right next to the keybox. Another customer had picked their 24/7 truckshare rental up earlier from the same location without any issues according to the rental location. I contacted customer service several times that morning starting at 5:00am and went through all of the troubleshooting processes only to be told that I would have to wait until 9:00am when the location opened. This resulted in delaying my move until later in the day which caused us to be moving during the hottest part of the day, which also happened to be record high heat of 101 degrees that day. If I would have been able to pick the rental up at 5:00am, I would have been able to be finished earlier in the day, before we reached the high temperature for the day. Not a happy customer with U-Haul. I have nothing but high praise for Hard Core Auto, their staff was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend giving your customer service staff the tools they need to assist in dispatching a rental if there is an issue with the 24/7 Truckshare system. One of your customer service staff actually advised me that she didn't know if the system was having an error because I was the first call she took for the day. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. My move was delayed because of the lack of customer service.
