Great experience overall! The lady there was fun and very friendly and helpful! The transmission on the truck was very rough to shift. She explained to me that it was due for service and she was waiting on the guy to do it, and it had just come in from a one way from California. Other than that it was a perfect Move thank you so much!

I was told when I picked up the trailer that the UHaul Company tech had just been there to service the equipment and that everything should be great. When he pulled the trailer up for me the strap on the passenger side was beyond unservicable. Apparently the UHaul CO tech knew it because his wrench was still on the inside nut. The young man where I picked up the trailer could not have been more professional and quickly replaced the strap. He also lubed the ratchets for me so I could tighten them, they were so rusty and clearly neglected by the UHaul CO tech. The local guy made this a great experience overall but you guys have some QA checks to do on your technicians. Disappointed with UHaul but extremely happy with Billy (I think that's his name). You guys owe him a gift card or something for representing UHaul very well.

It was not the closet location for me which in turn cost me more money and was on the back roads of a city I am not familiar with! Driving a large vehicle you should not have to travel farther than needed and on residential streets. The closet location was a mile away!

The location was just fine but uhaul itself was not. The truck I reserved was not there and there were no truck available. Closest one was about 30 miles away, would not be given any break on mileage only small discount on rental fee. That was no help as miles are almost a dollar a mile. NO help at all from the company!! I ended up renting a 10 foot truck no ramp and only had 4 hours to move!!!! No good uhaul customer service was horrible!!!

I was not able to pick my rental up at 5:00 am as initially requested due to a system error with the 24/7 truckshare program. The system stated that I was not in the correct GPS location even though I tried it with three different phones and was standing right next to the keybox. Another customer had picked their 24/7 truckshare rental up earlier from the same location without any issues according to the rental location. I contacted customer service several times that morning starting at 5:00am and went through all of the troubleshooting processes only to be told that I would have to wait until 9:00am when the location opened. This resulted in delaying my move until later in the day which caused us to be moving during the hottest part of the day, which also happened to be record high heat of 101 degrees that day. If I would have been able to pick the rental up at 5:00am, I would have been able to be finished earlier in the day, before we reached the high temperature for the day. Not a happy customer with U-Haul. I have nothing but high praise for Hard Core Auto, their staff was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend giving your customer service staff the tools they need to assist in dispatching a rental if there is an issue with the 24/7 Truckshare system. One of your customer service staff actually advised me that she didn't know if the system was having an error because I was the first call she took for the day. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received. My move was delayed because of the lack of customer service.

Hard core tire was awesome, But i was reserved on paper to pick up from another location i go to that location and that guy was a pure assh*** and i wish he would go out of buisness he sent me to another location and they were rude and told me to go to anther location and if some would have just called me and told me that reservations was moved it would have been good

*These are probably all corporate issues not really the locations fault.* Reserved online a few days prior and truck was not available what happened to the $50 reservation guarantee? U-Haul had the wrong address listed for pickup and had to call the company to find out where they were. I would have chosen a different location as the one listed was the closest to my house. Drove 14 miles round trip and charged for 9 gallons of gas. Maybe you need more fuel efficient trucks because that seems a bit steep or did I get ripped off?

I reserved a 15ft got a 10ft and had to make two trips which result in me paying more out the pocket for gas( 56.00) but to compensate me she didn’t charge me for the extra day I needed the truck but I still lost out because if I had the 15ft I would have only needed to make one trip

Location was fine, people polite and prompt. Trailer however leaked which I think was unknown to pick up location but reported to drop off location. Family heirlooms over 100 years old got wet, which was the whole reason I rented a enclosed trailer.

Was told a price and where to pick.When I arrived was told order had been moved to another location a hour and half away. Upon arriving at new pickup location was charged extra money and mileage after being told I would keep the same rate because they moved my pickup location. I received an email about change as I was pulling into parking lot of original pickup. I ended up paying for extra day due to the time loss. Uhaul has you in a pickle due to they know you need them.This whole move was due to hurricane damage in Panama City FL. Be sure to record your quotes when on the phone because they do change them if they change your pickup location due to no fault of yours..Need to have money companies besides Uhaul.

Even with newer trucks on the lot, I received the one late 90’s, early ‘00’s model that was not maintained, and clearly beaten. From the get go, the check engine light was on. But because the other newer models were kept for local use, and I was going one-way, I received what I received. Their customer service however gave them the higher rating than I wanted to. The people were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

The place I took it to the people were rude and making sexual harassment statements. They charged me for way too much for the vehicles I had already paid for. Awful!! This location should be closed.
