Because I stated a pickup time that the business was closed, I had to use the mobile link to UHaul and that experience for a newcomer was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The truck was supposed to have a full tank of gas but I drove at 12 miles and put in 3 1/2 gallons to fill it up. Seems like it was a little bit low before I got there. I feel like I over paid on the refill of the gas because somebody didn't fill it up previously.Mark E.

It was a good experience mostly. I pre-ordered and paid $10 rental for furniture blankets that I did not open or use, but got them because you never know. They would not refund the money. If you buy boxes and don't use all of them they will refund the unused ones. Only 10 dollars but it's the little things......Timothy P.

There were no shocks on the truck and it was a miserable 9 hrs. Also, I reserved a 20 ft truck 3 weeks in advance and the day before I moved they called and SD they only had the 28 ft truck available.Katie T.

Do not lie to customers. The owner told us twice that he could guarantee us a 15 foot truck saying, "Ill go get it myself if I need to," as we had previously had a bad experience with U-Haul on-line booking by not getting the truck we wanted. When we arrived, they did not have the 15-foot truck, and claimed they cannot guarantee a size, so he clearly lied just to get the business. Just be truthful and say they can't guarantee a certain size! Don't lie! At booking with them, we gave our drop off location we wanted, but when we picked up the truck they claimed they couldn't find it. I called the location we wanted to drop-off at and they gave me a # and I arranged it myself. Never again!Robert S.

The after hours drop off procedures were not mentioned it explained to me prior to leaving the location with the truck. It was a scramble in the rain to try to do it with no warning. Very stress filled. Necessary info ahead of time!Jamie L.

They claimed after I dropped it off that I traveled 40 miles. Google maps says that it was AT A MAXIMUM 30 miles (probably less than that). That's an extra $6.00 that they got from me for free. I'm glad that they didn't also claim that the tank was empty when I filled it up 1/2 mile from the drop off.Delbert C.

I had asked the cashier before we even started my transaction if I could use my cash app card considering that is my paycheck card she said I could so when it was time to pay for the pickup truck she ran my card then said it would not work because it was prepaid so my dad had them run his card which is an actual bank account long story short I realize that I had a charge from the store pending I called the guy I assume he was a higher up but he acted and he told me it would go away well it didn't go away you guys charged me to my card and my dad's card I had the truck for one day and even make sure the gas was back to where it needed to be I need this to be fixed now that I couldn't be fixed my point of it out beforeBETHANY A.

Was a bit unsettling to find what appeared to be blood on the exterior left rear of truck and large dark spot center front interior floor. Just a bit creepy but Did not affect my overall use of vehicle. Would rent from hard hat again!!!normA H.
