I worked with Kelley a few different times over the year I was there. She is fantastic. Helped tremendously the other day when Uhaul's system went completely out nationwide. What a huge mess!! Kelley you are a gem!!! Thank you for all your help. NATIONWIDE customer service was HORRIBLE and RUDE. Kelley in Ozark was calm under high pressure. Uhaul nationwide customer service could TRULY LEARN FROM HER WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.

Amanda W | Overall ExperienceReally thrilled and happy to be renting with this facilities specifically because of how clean and easy it is to get to your units even up on the third floor. The elevators are huge. The hallways are nice and big to maneuver. The units are big and it’s air and heat controlled. The security is top-notch there too so I feel like my belongings are very safe as well and a very convenient location. It’s just right off the exit of the highway. Plenty of parking plenty of spaces to get your truck trailer car vehicle whatever you’re hauling to a loading dock or there’s three big overhead garagers you can pull into. There is handicap, bathrooms, and water fountains and they also have dollies and carts and stuff to help bring your things to and from the storage units.
