Michelle V | Online Move InThe only challenge with the facility was the lights and doors not working on sensor as expected. I did have to call customer service for help since I got locked in the loading garage at 7:05 pm, and none of the doors would open. There was a challenge with random alarms going off when no one was on the floor. The local staff and manager were very nice and did what they could, but I suspect there is a network problem that needs tech support to resolve. I will say that when it happened I was very frustrated.
