I never interacted with anyone at this location. They were open when I dropped off and no one offered to help. I used the app to return the truck.
STEPHANIE SThe key was not in the lock box for the rental that was tagged to the reservation. I called the uhaul phone number and thankfully the other lock box had a key for the other truck. The truck had trash in the front seat and quite a few flattened cardboard boxes in the back end.

ROBERT PThere’s a little crack in the windshield and it would’ve been nice if he would’ve mentioned that before we took the vehicle so that I wasn’t worried that he thought we did it. I did take a picture of it immediately, but you always worry about all those little things when it comes to rentals.
