The windshield was covered in dead bugs. The equipment I ordered for the truck was not available at this location so I had to go to a second location to pick up dolly, hand truck and furniture pads. That was frustrating. If not for those two things, I would have given this location higher rating.

Zachary CI never interacted with anyone at this location. They were open when I dropped off and no one offered to help. I used the app to return the truck.
STEPHANIE SThe key was not in the lock box for the rental that was tagged to the reservation. I called the uhaul phone number and thankfully the other lock box had a key for the other truck. The truck had trash in the front seat and quite a few flattened cardboard boxes in the back end.
