I got the car at 8:00am instead 7:00 am. The car was very dirty and unacceptable. As I got the vehicle, I discovered that there was a flat tire that was caused by a nail. No one inspected the car beforehand to prevent this from occurring. This led me to be behind 2 hours since that's how long it took me to exchange to a different vehicle.Ilan M.

Make sure you take pictures of the gas tank and miles before and after!!!! To prove to this unprofessional company! The lady on customer service said â€œgood luck getting the extra charge disputedâ€ and hung up on me. I brought back the Uhaul exactly with the gas the agreement said which is 1/4 tank! Don't trust this location at Harrison's market! Or expect customer service to help you eitherNIKKI S.

The manager had to work two jobs while assisting clients for U-Haul and for customers who were there to purchase their groceries. All because someone called out from work. He made it look seamless!! Refueling and insurance neveUnbelievable and charged. I have insurance. Charged for 10 gallons of fuel and only drove 44 miles so only 4 miles to the gallon. Unbelievable. After my recent trip with U-Haul I will not be recommending U-Haul to any one. I had such a bad time trying to drop off my equipment. Staff at every location were not helpful. And was advised I would be able to drop off at a closer location and staff didn't want to accept the truck and had to drive further location and spend more gas and driving in circles trying to find the â€œlocationâ€. No where to park the truck and employee wanted me to park in the grass and leave half of the truck in the street telling me it was ok. And then was charged for gas after this headache will never use U-Haul againJonathan C.

I asked for a truck to move a fridge, even if they tried to help, they didn't ask me the heigh of the fridge and finally fridge didn't fit and I had to put it landscape. Also they didn't carry an appliance dolly, and also didn't advice me that the truck didn't have a ramp, so loading and unloading a fridge there was a big effort.GERMAN P.

We dropped off the Truck after hours and put the key in the drop box. I called the following day to confirm the dropped off. I was told that the truck wasn't there. They didn't bother to check their drop box for keys. They would have seen it. I even told the guy where it was parked. He didn't go outside to check for the truck. He said he couldn't help me. He was RUDE to me. I hope U- HAUL will train them to give excellent customer service. I was frustrated. Thanks to the lady at U-Haul headquarters that helped me to call them and resolved it for me.Ann R.
