anatoly zPut a U-Haul sign where the office is at I think that would help new customers. My first time, I looked for the main entrance in another building then I realized it was in the store across the street.

GUY VI made a reservation when I got there they were closed and had a padlock on the door I called customer service they told me I get $50 credit I think I deserve more I had to go to 3 different uhaul places just to get a truck and wasted my gas in my own car to travel unacceptable I will tell my friends not to use uhaul unless something is done

Luis AAlways pleasant. I like that the new vans say how many miles per gal they get. Then you clearly know how much gas you need to buy. Always recommend everyone ck details (gas level, truck #s, condition of ...) on paperwork matches the truck or van you rent.

BARRY CThe people who received me for the delivery of the equipment were rude and poorly educated, they were not willing to help me, I had to make a call to U-Haul to resolve the delivery.

danielle mWhen renting a truck anywhere, at pick up check truck id, condition-take pics of any damage, check mileage, make sure you get your gas level back to the pickup level. oh yes, clean the truck.

Stefania BHad to exchange vehicle because first one was missing the gas cap, which annoyed the worker. Didn’t have reserved equipment. Terrible service. Other than that it was great.
William PThe truck was really old and really dirty inside, with wheel alignment issues. I ordered 3 dollys and the locations didn’t even have one. I had hired movers coming and it became a very stressful morning trying to find 3 dollys last min which I never did. Moving is stressful enough, dealing with this nonsense shouldn’t add to it.
