I dropped the truck off the night after I unloaded after business hours I had talked to the dealer that day before they closed to make sure where to put truck I dropped truck off drop the key in the Dropbox. They did not get my truck checked in till after 3:00 the next day. It should have been done when they opened at 10:00 a.m..

Well this location was further away from where I was moving from and to. The other nearest location had one but someone had put diesel fuel in it so I couldn't rent that one.

Couldn't ask for better service

Crummy place. No communication from staff member when accepting our drop-off, she just stood there doing something with her phone. Called me later and said I dropped off wrong trailer, like that was my fault/problem. Then had the audacity to ask for other location's number, instead of just looking it up on their own. Avoid.

My truck wasn't there. I had to drive 30 miles away to finally get one and my movers came and left already. I had to reschedule twice with them. I was so late that the moving help couldn't unload the truck in time either and I had to do everything myself. Not Harry's fault, but uHauls fault. Very disappointed and am expecting resolution

When I got there to pick up, there was no link or notification under my account to click for pick up. The web site is not easy to navigate. I was on hold for 30 minutes while my movers waited before I got through to someone to help make the link available online. Everything in the back of the truck got filthy because it was so dirty back there. No body checks or cleans the back between services I assume. When I got my boxes to the new house,I had to leave them outside to unpack because they were so dirty. Then, I had the same trouble dropping it off. By the time I tried the 3rd time to upload pics and do the process, I had already put the keys in the box. Then it won't let you upload a pic, so I couldn't attach pic of mileage and gas, although I do have that. Then, to top it all off, I got charged extra money that I have no idea what it's for. Terrible experience!
