For me the drop off location had to be corrected at the target destination. I was never asked at the point of rental and it was assumed I was going to return it to the place of origin
BOBBY CThe cab floor was dirty. The tires were not properly pressurized. Returned at 4:30pm to be checked out only to be met with an empty office. Called the office number. The person in the phone told me he was picking up his vehicle and I could just put the keys in the orange box. I told this person that if I did that then I would be charged an additional $20. He said that they would check it in on time. The other option being I use the app for the return. Since the low tire pressure warning was up I did not know how to switch to the odometer. He told me the button I needed to press. Since I did not want to pay the extra $20 even though being at the facility before closing, I used the app. Did not realize how much work I needed to do using the app. Wondering if I get an employee discount for doing his job for him when he should have been doing his job?

STEVEN RJust handed me the key and told me the truck was “out back”. When I asked about the pads, furniture dolly and hand cart he said “extras are not guaranteed”. Then made a call and told me I could drive 25 miles to get them. Found the truck blocked in by another truck. He needs to be dropped as a vendor.

Hunter GThe trailer size that I reserved was not in stock when I got to this location. They got on the phone trying to find another one at another location to no avail. I agreed, for the sake of my own time and sanity, to take a smaller trailer. Then, I had reserved 12 moving blankets and they had none on hand. I had to go to 2 other U-Haul dealers to get the moving blankets that I ordered. Overall, I wasted several hours that I did not have in light of packing a trailer and leaving out the very next morning. This rental should be refunded.
Daryl PU-Haul has a premium cost over Penske but the truck I got with Penske was way nicer, newer, and cheaper. The bed of the U-Haul was covered in dirt so I had to clean it before moving and the app took forever to get the truck ready to drive and to drop it off.
Jonathan S1.Quit hiding so many fees behind extra clicks and trying to sell more product through popups. I felt like I had a virus on my phone with how not user friendly the app is. 2. Also, don't allow me to sign up for a location then call me the day before and tell me it has been changed, then NOT drop the price for the extra milage. That's such a cheap way to steal extra bucks from customers. If you know there will not be a U-Haul at that location of that type, and no-one plans on returning one to that location, then don't allow me to make that an option.

JOHN SThe man that runs the place doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. I made a reservation on September 24 for a 10 foot box truck to be pick up at 9:am on Saturday September 28, 2024. Got dropped off. No truck. It’s 45 minutes away if I want to go pick it up. It’s not a 10 foot, it’s 15 foot truck. Can you come back at 8 pm? I’m supposed to be in Alabama meeting someone. I go back at 8 pm with my son and he then gives me a 20 foot truck that was not supposed to leave the state. I ask if he gave me the price of a 10 foot truck and he said yes, but he didn’t. He charged me for a 20 footer. When I turned the truck off the girl working here, looked and did adjust everything for me.
SUSAN DOnly thing I would suggest is for each person that rents vehicles is to fill with gas after use.

THOMAS KTruck was great! However y’all need to update the system cause your odometer was reading less miles when picked up and you charged me for 70 miles I didn’t use and $50 for gas when I filled it up to half a tank with more gas than what I started with! I escalated my photos as proof for a correction with customer service and was assured I wouldn’t be charged. Poor business and fraudulent charges.

Richard CWhy did you send us to this drop off? There two UHAUL locations just two miles from our destination. GPS couldn't find this place. They did an excellent job checking us in. Kudos to the staff once we found the location. The truck was just what we needed.

James SThe vehicle was disgusting inside, They didn't have the 2nd dolly on hand. The trailer part of the truck wasn't swept and leaked all over my couch and chair, boxes were wet. I didn't know it leaked until unloading. The fuel was below quarter of a tank
