Their hours are shown as 10-6am but those are not the store hours. I had to call the number multiple times for the location to get someone to answer. He did then assist over the phone and rushed up to the store but it caused us to be delayed. What should have taken 5 minutes since I had completed checkout online took almost 30.

Everything about our Uhaul experience this time was terrible. The multiple pickup cancellations and location changes by Uhaul was ridiculous. All of the extra time and money wasted due to Uhauls lack of structure was quite frustrating. I’m not sure I can use this company again.

I talked to him the day before to confirm the pick up and I had to call him because he forgot to show up the day of He was very friendly but he had to get the last people’s dolly and stuff out of the truck before I could take it. Maybe just pay more attention to the trucks when they come back in or leave.
Audrey BClean the truck. There was trash all over the back of the u.Hall, it was not cleaned out.And there was grease in the back of it too about fell due to the grease. And it smelled nasty.
