Please take this location off your books. It's a smoke shop and the owner isn't interested in uhaul customers and making them happy. His sign on the business door said he wasnt open till 4pm. He makes his own hours for his store and wasnt happy when he was called out by uhaul personal to come and take care of a uhaul customer. One of my many emails stated as i stated , i wanted to pick up at 9am. Upon arrival to pick up location ,Uhaul stated my pick up time was 10am. Because i had to wait till he finally arrived after 11am, i lost my window and got caught loading that truck in the pouring down rain. All my wood furniture got wet which ruined it . He wouldn't allow me to go inside the store even after I told him repeatedly that I was getting over heated standing outside on a hot day. He didn't check the truck or trailer to make sure all was good with it. He had left as doon as he was done with tge transaction. There was left over trash in the cab and the trailer was missing two chains. He wouldn't give me printed hard copys of my paperwork. He sent them to my email which I couldn't read as they were too small to read and my phone couldnt enlarge them. I was supposed to pick up my truck in my home town but was forced to pick ip an hour away from my hometown. Yes uhaul gave me a few perks but i had ordered the truck 2 weeks pryor to my move. All in all my experience with the pick up at the smoke shop in parsons was a bust. I do not recommend him at all.!!! The uhaul personal should have credited me more due to my having to wait so long for the owner of the smoke shop to show up. $50 dollars wasn't enough especially due yo the damage i had done yo my wood furniture because of the loss of time waiting fir him and getting caught in the rain that could have and would have been easily avoided. If I have to move again I will Not use uhaul.

Their hours are shown as 10-6am but those are not the store hours. I had to call the number multiple times for the location to get someone to answer. He did then assist over the phone and rushed up to the store but it caused us to be delayed. What should have taken 5 minutes since I had completed checkout online took almost 30.
Shaun GEverything about our Uhaul experience this time was terrible. The multiple pickup cancellations and location changes by Uhaul was ridiculous. All of the extra time and money wasted due to Uhauls lack of structure was quite frustrating. I’m not sure I can use this company again.
Patrick EHave the person in charge of renting the U-Haul at the desk when you open. I talked to him the day before to confirm the pick up and I had to call him because he forgot to show up the day of He was very friendly but he had to get the last people’s dolly and stuff out of the truck before I could take it. Maybe just pay more attention to the trucks when they come back in or leave.
