I completed the mobile pickup for the 10' truck. I had also booked and paid for a dolly along with the truck, but it was missing when I picked up the vehicle. I contacted customer support for assistance, and they directed me to another location that was about a 15-minute drive away. After driving there and waiting in line for around 30 minutes, I was informed that no dollies were available at that location. I was then told that my dolly reservation had actually been made for a different location. Because the dolly was unavailable, my moving schedule was delayed, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting my planned move. Despite booking and paying for the dolly in advance, I was unable to use the service I had reserved.

Tooo costly. I also put 15 dollar gas for just 5 kilometres still they charge me 10 dollar. So poor and there is also a warning sign comes up on dashboard which shows there is a problem in a tire something. Not recommended place as well as not u haul as well too costly without any reason.

Actually i put more fuel as i have when i picked up so they told me they will give you refund but i haven’t get any refund and for 5 miles i put $20 gas

Charges on uhaul receipt shows different and different on bank account

They were supposed to be open at 9:00am but only showed up at 9:15am. Luckily my truck was there as the previous renter was also waiting to return. They did not advise the previous renter they needed to put gas in the Truck so I was left with 1/8 tank which means I needed to stop twice for gas at the begging and ending of rental period. Also I called your toll free customer service line and was on hold for a long time and gave up. I rent from uhaul a lot and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Still, I was able to get get the vehicle and the vehicle itself was perfect. I would rent with uhaul but never this location again.
