John TsintarisThe trailer was clean and ready to go. My only concern was that there was NO way I was going to be able to manualy puck up the front of the traler and place it on the ball by myself. I do understand why you do not have a crank/lift on the front. I oiled all the hinges and ball coupler to make the job just a little better. No, I am not looking for a discount . Asfor Hasty Mart, they were 100% in the pick up and the drop off. Very helpfull.

Joe GollekI rented a utility trailer. It was easy to pick up and return. The only improvement might be to help the customer with hook up if they are not sure how to do it. I had to call my son in law to come and hook it up for me as I wanted to make sure it was on there securely. Overall I would rent this again.
Lorey MillsAlthough the clerk was competent, the U-Haul paperwork took more than half an hour to complete which is unacceptable for a repeat customer. The tailgate on the unit was warped and I required a tool to remove the locking pin.
RICHARDRENE WINTERSThe vehicle I rented got stuck in the snow. Equip the vehicle with snow tires or better all season tires. U Haul was kind enough to refund the rental cost to me for the inconvenients .I feel UHaul stood by their customer service in this case for me.

Matthew WilhelmThe attendant at the rental location was great! The software on the laptop wouldn't function properly...I had to speak to someone at the service office over the phone to complete the transaction. Later when I got home I noticed I was charged approximately 42km more than I travelled! The mileage must have been written down correctly from the last rental! Even if I took the long route, I still should have travelled atleast 38km less than what's marked on the invoice! I had the vehicle for approximately 2 hours...drove to Leon's furniture in Kitchener which is 28km away...drove back home which is 30km in Elmira...then drove to the rental location which is 2km away. A total of 60km...I was charged for 108km! Now 48km is a huge difference, even if I would have taken the long way! I figure I was over-charged by atleast $18.00 or more, plus taxes! I even filled it up with gas...when I took it off the lot is was between the 3/4 and full mark! Marc Thibault marcthibault1@msn.com

Randy RothThe service at each location was non existent then I was sent to several different locations. I was quoted one price over the phone then given an other price at the pick up location. The Waterloo kitchener locations have altered my opinion of this company and painted a very negative light.
Nalin KoppikarKeep a parking spot open for big trucks that's easier to drive into. The one we had to use was tough to maneuver into because of its proximity to the building and a trailer that was parked in the spot next to it.

Bill Mcbayso disappointed with the U-Haul experience. rented trailer from another location and requested that I pick up from the same location. Was told it wasn't a problem. Was also told that U-haul would help hook up trailer and I would not have any problems. This was not the case. I was sent to another location to pick up. The reservation was for the incorrect time and the owner had no clue how to help me hook up the trailer. Also Uhaul does not supply any ball for the trailer that they are renting to their customers nor did the owner have any clue what I needed. I had to go to Canadian tire to purchase a ball for the trailer! It was a very stressfull experience and would not recommend it moving forward to anyone!

Amelia MartinThe location is convenient for us, but after repeated requests, they do not send us invoices. This is a problem because we are a business and we need the invoices for audit purposes. If this continues we will need to find another company to deal with

CRISTY FUdgEThe location and truck were fine but I requested a truck for pick up in Guelph. Since I was moving to Orillia, i had quite the drive for the total move. I was surprised and displeased that i had to drive back and forth from Elmira to pick up a truck for a far move. The gentlemen at the Hasty market forget to put the utility dolly and blankets I ordered in the truck when so i arrived back in Guelph i was displeased that those items were to be billed on my credit card. When i called to ask he asked if I could come pick them up after I already told him I was already back in Guelph. He said I wouldnt be billed for the items but I still have to wait for the bill details to ensure it wasn't billed as the gentlemen never called me back to inform that the charges were removed Overall, he was kind and polite when picking up the truck and timely in his service

The system defaulted me back to Kitchener so I went into the completed reservation and switched it again to Elmira. Thought that this was all sorted out but when we went to go pick up in Elmira the reservation in the U-Haul system was still under Kitchener and they had to transfer it over for us. Thank goodness they had the trailer we wanted for the time we needed it or it would have meant a lot of running around that we didn't have time for. Julia Webber
Julia WebberThr truck was covered in snow. The person gave me the keys and said that the truck is at the back. I had to ask him to clean it. I had to clean it with him. This is not professional. I should have gotten the truck nice and clean.
