The vehicle was clean but there were labelled damages and quite the hole on the top right front. Thank goodness it wasn’t a rainy day. We had ordered blankets but none were in the truck, and I needed to stop at another location to pick them up. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, hasty market was not yet open, and the check in process took 30 minutes. The stress this caused at the beginning of our day was unexpected and unacceptable. Overall the truck served our needs, and the person who helped me with the blankets at the UHaul location was fantastic, but I would never pick up from the Hasty Market location again.
