There was dog hair all over the driver's seats, but other than that, everything else was fine. Friendly staff, easy pickup and drop off. good service
ABIN AThe truck I received was in terrible shape. If I hadn't needed to go to the dump only 30km and had any other options, I would have declined to use it. However, I must commend the lady at 10 Westwood in Kitchener; she was wonderful. Given the condition of their rental vehicles, I am now very hesitant to use U-Haul again.

HEATHER TVery very dirty U-Haul, garbage inside, other people stuff. U-Haul gave an appliance dolly that I didn’t want or know about so it left me with not enough space for my move so I had to drive 50kms back to get it. I’ll be contacting customer service

MICHAEL SHello, I have used U-Haul a have dozen times in my life and always have gone by the gas needle in the truck to figure out how much gas I need to put back into the truck to make it the same as when I picked it up. The representative at Hasty Market showed me her laptop of a gas meter which seemed kind of odd to me. I checked the truck gauge when I got in and it seemed pretty accurate so when I finished I filled the truck probably A little higher then what it was when I left. She did not come out to the truck when I returned and asked if I filled the gas and I told her yes and even mentioned It may be a little more. She just said to me your good to go, no checking anything. When I checked the invoice I saw that I was charged for 10 liters of gas for a total of 18.90!!! I drove by the the location and that truck had not moved since I parked it. So she did have gas put into it. Did she go by a fictionist gauge on a laptop? I don't know what kind of scam is being run at this location but I can tell you I will be passing this on to anyone and everyone that I speak to!! Sincerely Patrick Vasey.
PATRICK VI received the truck at quarter tank. I put on 13 miles and fueled up $10.00 which brought the car back to where I got it, and I got $30 charge for fuel. Typical scammers. I left the truck spotless I used it to pick up a fridge I had the truck for like 7 hours.

MELISSA DI was quite upset, with the amount of gas I had to put in. We drove 12 kms and I had to put 13.299 litres in to top it up, for a total of $19.86. That indicates to me that the truck was not topped up by the previous user, and it was not noticed when it was dropped off. Unfortunately I did not see how much gas was in it, when I took it. But likely that quantity missing would have been noticeable. It was pitch dark when I took it, and I did not check that. I was not impressed with that.
TRIENTJE VI ordered a small truck I ended up with a van their was garbage left in the van and the gas tank was not full when I got it I made sure the tank was full instead of giving me a discount all I got was oh I am very sorry
LINDA DThe vehicle was very very dirty, initially there was an issue with the parking break when I checked with the person although he attended but didn't seem helpful figured out the issue after pushing about it a few times... Overall could have done better
BHOJANAGA SStaff were friendly. U-Haul seats were covered in pet hair. Unclean vehicle. I went back in to ask for a lint roller. They had none. I got some tape and did my best to wipe the seats did. Sat in pet hair for two days. Allergies were not happy. Maybe a loose fuse or something as the radio and some lights would randomly come on and off sometimes. Could use the radio most of the trip.

JULIE Rwhen I picked up the truck, the owner did not inspect it and gave me a vehicle with low tire pressure. I had to seek help from a different location to address the issue. Although they assisted as much as they could, they informed me that I needed to call customer service to fix the tires. The front both tires were cracked, and I had to call a third party to replace them, which caused a one-day trip disruption. This was not the experience I expected from U-Haul. Despite safely reached plano, Tx destination, I believe I deserve a refund of half the rental cost due to the trip disruption and inconvenience. Additionally, the engine check light was on the entire time, and I had to diagnose the code myself, which was not informed by U-Haul. Overall, the service with the truck was unsatisfactory. I would expect a refund of at least half the price or perhaps a full refund. As overall uhual didn’t consider safety of customer’s & its family. Which is not acceptable….

SCOTT HWas not received well during the Truck return and saw hesitation when asked for total cost after returning. The sales associate was bit rude and mentioned will get email with details and not ready to share the final cost. One further request he was able to check and share immediately anyhow. On other hand, the pickup and time flexibility were excellent service.

frank jI traveled 20 miles and for that I added 6.15 liters of fuel. I was charged 8 additional liters. Does your vehicle take 14+ liters of fuel for 20 miles. If so you have one of the worst vehicles out there which is waste of money for customers and unnecessary pollution to the environment. You better stop doing business with such vehicles.
Venkatesh SPick up location was fine but in all experience and browser experience is horrible. During this whole process I all of a sudden got denied logging into the app? Kept saying one time login token not valid when trying to request one. And it kept logging me out everytime I was logged in. Uhaul really needs to update their app functionality as even customer support who I had on the phone with me was agreeing how the all isn't great to use. I'm confused as why that's the case, is there some incentive to be calling into uhaul support everytime? Why does my license need to be verified yet again if I've already used ubaul in the past and gone through this already.

Mike CReserved a moving van online for this location, along with a moving dolly and furniture pads. No problems with the van, smooth pickup and return. HOWEVER, this location does not have the additional equipment like dollies and pads and we were not informed of this until we picked up the truck. We were told we would have to go to a regular UHaul location for these. I don't understand how/why the on-line reservation system allows you to reserve these items at this location if they are not available there! Moving day is stressful enough already and timing is important for the move but after picking up the truck, you are now expected to find another location that may or may not have the equipment and then have to go there to pick it up? The on-line booking should NEVER allow you to reserve something that is not offered at that location!
Joan SI get here at 6pm without reservation and there was trucks available. I dropped off the truck at 11pm and the place was open. Everything was smooth and quick. I would definitely recommend it.

sam BBe more honest about the amount of gas. I was told it was a full tank but drove 32 km and filled the tank back up and was charged $19. I told the customer service and they didn't care. Felt dishonest to me.
