The only gripe I would have would be check in was not easy at all and it was a bit of a hassle and time consuming. The app and online page would not work well we could not scan or upload a photo of the back of ID card therefore could not complete check in, I had to constantly log out to refresh page and contact customer service. Check in took us nearly 50 minutes. Check out was easier. Truck was fine and it served its purpose. Location is nice, big open parking lot where we could safely park and leave our personal vehicle. Also, the supervisor of Tru Value (Letasha) came outside to assist us because she seen we were sitting outside trying to check in for a really longtime, she tried to help/advise as best she could
