There is absolutely no room for improvement, the older gentleman there named (Butch) was very communicative and helpful, and he was very explanatory. I was greeted respectfully and the prices they offer are very fair if I'm being honest. The trailer that I had rented was very cleaned and washed out. However, would I recommend this U-Haul Rental place to any family members or friends my answer is YES, I would and YES, I will be sticking to renting from this location for future use.
