Where I was originally scheduled to drop off truck at 424 Court St. in Talladega was closed and only open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. What kind of business has 3 hours per week. Terrible. Then I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a Hhaul representative on the phone and they never answered. Finally, I called another local dealer (The only one that would answer the phone) and he was fantastic. Had the contract changed to his location for drop off. So national Uhaul and the location at 424 Court St. in Talladega rate poor.

kevin kOverall, the experience was terrible. To begin with, I couldn’t get the truck I had initially rented due to keys not being left. Then I had to drive another 10 minutes to pick up a truck in the middle of nowhere, with no service, which made using the mobile for pick up/drop off very difficult. The truck we got was filled with some sticky goop and old candy, that I had to clean before using. Very disappointed in the process as a whole.
