Overall, the experience was terrible. To begin with, I couldn’t get the truck I had initially rented due to keys not being left. Then I had to drive another 10 minutes to pick up a truck in the middle of nowhere, with no service, which made using the mobile for pick up/drop off very difficult. The truck we got was filled with some sticky goop and old candy, that I had to clean before using. Very disappointed in the process as a whole.
